Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using our website, thecontentbot.com, and our services operated by The Content Bot (“us,” “we,” or “our”).

By using our website or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with these Terms, do not use our website or our services.

Services

We offer web development and digital marketing services to businesses and individuals. Our services are subject to these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific services.

Payments

We require full payment for our services before we begin work. Payments may be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to delay or cancel the services.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Every client who agrees to get started with The Content Bot agrees to sign in a contract that’s unavoidable and has a 10-day money-back guarantee. After 10 days of raising the invoice, if any concern is raised, that’s not acceptable and wouldn’t be valid on any grounds. We do not provide refunds on advance payment. Under mutually agreeable scenarios, a 40% refund on the second installment of the payment can be made under firm grounds where we are liable.

Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, titles, and interests in and to our services, including all intellectual property rights. You may not use our services for any purpose other than the purpose for which they are intended. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, upload, post, transmit, or distribute our services in any way without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or in connection with your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make any material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our website or our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
